合 grid跑root.sh报错：libcrs.so: cannot read file data

原因：文件/u01/app/21.3.0/grid/lib/libcrs.so不全，通过校验MD5值来检查文件的完整性。
解决：可以将db下的该文件拷贝到grid目录下，也可以从原压缩包重新拷贝该文件：
