背景
由于漏扫，mysql 安全漏洞（CVE-2023-38545）、Oracle MySQL Server 安全漏洞(CVE-2023-0464)、Oracle mysql 敏感信息泄漏漏洞(CVE-2022-43551)等，所以
需要将MySQL从现有的8.0.32升级到8.0.38。
